Torch-Roasted Corn with Masala Butter

Why it works:

Ingredients

  • Corn on the cob – 2

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

  • Lime – ½

Method

  1. Hold the corn using tongs.

  2. Use the jet flame torch to roast evenly until kernels blister and char.

  3. Mix butter, chaat masala, and chilli powder.

  4. Brush generously over hot corn.

  5. Squeeze lime on top.
