Return & Exchange Policy

MOJO VIBE PRIVATE LIMITED

Mojo Vibe Private Limited (“MojoVibe”) was sparked by a simple idea: BBQs are more than just meals. We are here to create experiences where stories are shared and laughs get louder and people come together.
We stand by the quality of our BBQ accessories and merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help-because good vibes shouldn’t stop at checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery.
The time frame for cancellation varies based on different product categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
MojoVibe reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. MojoVibe also reserves the right to waive of or modify the time frame or cancellation fee from time to time.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

Return is a scheme provided by MojoVibe, in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by MojoVibe. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.

CATEGORY RETURN WINDOW, ACTIONS POSSIBLE AND CONDITIONS (if any)
Consumable / Edible Item's

- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery (including date of delivery).

Only applicable in the case of damaged, leaking, or wrong product dispatched by the seller.

- The product must be kept intact, in original condition with all the accessories, user manual, labels and tags intact and in its original condition at the time of returning the product.

Charcoal Packs

- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery (including date of delivery).

Only applicable in case of damaged product at the seller’s end.

- Product must be kept intact, in original condition with bags in its original seal and tags intact (if any) at the time of returning the product.

- No refund/replacement will be provided if bags are opened. No handling requests accepted.

BBQ Grilling Accessories (skewers, flame torch, chimney starter and fire starters, etc.)

- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery (including date of delivery).

Only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incomplete sets at the seller’s end.

- The product must be kept intact, in original condition with original packing and all the accessories, user manuals, labels, and tags intact at the time of returning the product.

Portable Grills & Equipment

- No returns/refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchange is possible in case of damaged or missing parts, if the request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery (including date of delivery).

- The product must be kept intact, in original condition with original packing and all the accessories, user manuals, labels, and tags intact at the time of returning the product.

 

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Within the relevant product specific time period, email mojovibe0214@gmail.com with order details and reason.
2. Attach:
 - Photos of the item/packaging (for general returns),
 - Unboxing video + photos (only for damaged or wrong orders).
3. Upon our approval, we will email packing/shipping instructions.
4. You ship the item using a traceable courier, properly packed.

Shipping Guidelines
1. Use a trackable insured courier service, if reverse shipping.
2. Return to the address specified in shipping instructions.
3. Keep tracking info until we confirm receipt.

Inspection & Approval
1. After delivery, we’ll inspect the item.
   (A) If approved : We’ll let you know and either refund or ship the replacement.
   (B) If rejected : If rules aren’t met (e.g., used, opened charcoal/sauce), we’ll return it at your cost.

Fees & Who Pays

Refunds & Exchanges

1. Refunds : Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval— shipping and fees deducted.

2. Exchanges:  Replacement sent after we've received the original item and any balance or any exchange fee (if applicable) is settled.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Opened charcoal bags.
2. Opened sauces or condiments.
3. Customized or engraved gear.
4. Items used, washed, or mishandled.
Please note that all claims and requests for return/refund shall be subject to MojoVibe’s satisfaction.
MojoVibe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates/changes.
