Classic BBQ Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • Chicken (boneless) – 500 g

  • Thick curd – ½ cup

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 4–6 hours.

  2. Preheat the BBQ grill with charcoal until medium-hot.

  3. Place chicken pieces on the grill rack.

  4. Grill for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally.

  5. Brush lightly with oil for a smoky finish.

🍗 Result: Juicy inside, smoky outside — perfect BBQ-style tikka.
