Chicken (boneless) – 500 g

Thick curd – ½ cup

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Method

Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 4–6 hours.

Preheat the BBQ grill with charcoal until medium-hot.

Place chicken pieces on the grill rack.
