Grilled Paneer & Veggie Skewers

Paneer cubes – 200 g

Capsicum & onion – diced

Thick curd – ¼ cup

Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Method

Mix curd, masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt.

Coat paneer and veggies; rest for 20–30 minutes.

Skewer paneer and vegetables alternately.

Grill over charcoal for 8–10 minutes, turning evenly.
