Grilled Paneer & Veggie Skewers

Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes – 200 g

  • Capsicum & onion – diced

  • Thick curd – ¼ cup

  • Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

Method

  1. Mix curd, masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt.

  2. Coat paneer and veggies; rest for 20–30 minutes.

  3. Skewer paneer and vegetables alternately.

  4. Grill over charcoal for 8–10 minutes, turning evenly.
