Spicy Honey–Ghost Chilli BBQ Paneer Skewers (Veg)

Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 250g paneer (cut into cubes)

  • 2 tbsp Honey & Ghost Chilli BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tbsp thick curd

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt as needed

  • Capsicum & onion cubes for skewers

  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce + curd + ginger-garlic + lemon + pepper + salt.

  2. Add the paneer cubes and vegetables. Coat well.

  3. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.

  4. Skewer them and brush lightly with oil.

  5. Grill on a pan/oven/air fryer for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.

  6. Brush with a little more Honey & Ghost Chilli BBQ sauce before serving.

Serve With:

Mint chutney, salad, or as a starter for parties.
Taste Profile: Sweet heat from honey + smoky kick from ghost chilli.
