Spicy Honey–Ghost Chilli BBQ Paneer Skewers (Veg)
Ingredients (2–3 servings)

250g paneer (cut into cubes)

2 tbsp Honey & Ghost Chilli BBQ Sauce

1 tbsp thick curd

1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Salt as needed

Capsicum & onion cubes for skewers

1 tbsp oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce + curd + ginger-garlic + lemon + pepper + salt.

Add the paneer cubes and vegetables. Coat well.

Marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Skewer them and brush lightly with oil.

Grill on a pan/oven/air fryer for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Brush with a little more Honey & Ghost Chilli BBQ sauce before serving.
Serve With:
Mint chutney, salad, or as a starter for parties.
Taste Profile: Sweet heat from honey + smoky kick from ghost chilli.
